Transformers: Rise of the Beasts is an upcoming American live-action science fiction film based on the Transformers franchise. It is the seventh installment in the live-action Transformers film series and a sequel to 2018’s Bumblebee. The film is directed by Steven Caple Jr. and stars Anthony Ramos, Dominique Fishback, and Ron Perlman.
The film is set in 1994 and follows Optimus Prime and the Autobots as they team up with a group of Maximals to stop the Decepticons and the Terrorcons from obtaining the AllSpark. The film will introduce the Maximals, Predacons, and Terrorcons to the live-action Transformers film series. It will also feature the return of Optimus Primal, who was last seen in the 1998 animated film Transformers: Beast Wars.
